Single pieces up to 10 m — doors, windows, furniture, building materials — carry no long-length or overweight surcharge. Pieces over 10 m are assessed individually (some carriers/lanes accept; we confirm space and the bracing plan first).
Crates/skids built to the piece with forklift pockets for safer loading, transfer and warehousing, plus bracing to prevent shifting. Glass products get edge protectors and face protection.
Chargeable weight = the higher of volumetric vs. actual weight, crate included in dimensions; volumetric divisor per lane agreement (commonly ÷5000 or ÷6000), per the official quote. The quote is the total — no hidden fees.
